I ordered these hats, among other things, for my son's birthday party. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews, but went for it anyway because I don't have a problem with assembling them. I don't see how anyone could have a problem. They came out just fine. If they didn't come stored flat and disassembled, they would get completely wrecked during shipping. As long as you don't mind a quick five second tuck, I recommend them.

My daughter's party went off without a hitch, every child participated all adorned with Brobee party hats! Assembly required but it's not rocket science.

These party hats are not worth the trouble. They came flat and had to be assembled. I gave up, but my husband was able to put them together. I had to tape them so they didn't pop apart and they are really mis-shapen. We haven't even attempted to get the elastic bands on them yet. That's for another day!
